Most employers process payroll 1-2 days before your actual payday. You can have early access to your paycheck through either online banking or the mobile app. 
 

Mobile App 

  1. Navigate to and tap the “Accounts” option at the bottom of the screen.  
  2. Tap the tree grey arrow located to the right of any deposit account. 
  3. Tap “ACH Transactions” within the pop out list. 
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions to see any available deposit(s) ready for posting. 

 
Online Banking  

  1. Hover over “Member Service” at the top of the screen.  
  2. Click “ACH Transactions” from the dropdown menu. 
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions to see any available deposit(s) ready for posting.

Option available only thru the mobile app. 
Take a picture of your check and deposit it to your account using the mobile app. First time registration is required within the app. 

  1. Navigate to and tap the “Deposit” icon option on the blue ribbon at the bottom of the screen. 
  2. If it is your first time, you will be prompted to register. Please follow instructions for registration. 
  3. Tap “New Deposit” to begin a new check deposit.  
  4. Select the account you would like your check to be deposited in and enter the amount of the check. Please make sure to add decimals to the amount. 
  5. Click continue and allow access to your camera and follow the onscreen instructions. 
  6. Click submit 
     

Quickly and securely pay anyone, anytime through the mobile app or online banking. All you need is their cell number or email address. First-time registration is required within the app or online banking. 
For first-time recipients, they will need to enter their account information when they receive the payment. 


 Mobile App 

  1. Navigate to and tap the Move Money option at the bottom of the screen.  
  2. You will find “Pay Anyone” located towards the top. 
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions to send anyone money for free: 
  • Select: Send New Payment. 
  • Add the name of the recipient and select from the dropdown menu of “Send Method”: cell number or email address of the recipient. 
  • If this is not your first time sending a payment to the recipient, you can select the name of the person you would like to send the money to from the "Recipient" drop-down menu and the information will automatically populate. Click continue. 
  • You will need to enter a Security Question and the answer, that you will share with the recipient and click Send Payment. 

 

 

 
Online Banking  

  1. Hover over “Pay & Transfer” at the top of the screen.  
  2. You will find “Pay Anyone” located beneath “Send Money.” 
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions to send anyone money for free: 
  • Select: Send New Payment. 
  • Add the name of the recipient and select from the dropdown menu of “Send Method”: cell number or email address of the recipient. 
  • If this is not your first time sending a payment to the recipient, you can select the name of the person you would like to send the money to from the "Recipient" drop-down menu and the information will automatically populate. Click continue. 
  • You will need to enter a Security Question and the answer, that you will share with the recipient and click Send Payment. 
     

Option available only thru the mobile app. 
Connect your debit card to your phone for quick and secure payment without the need to pull your card out. Go to your Google, Apple, or Samsung pay apps to connect to your NorthPark debit card. Call us at 317-733-2200 for first-time registration. 

  1. Within your preferred Mobile Wallet app, add your NorthPark debit/credit card as a new payment method. 
  2. After adding the card information, you will be prompted to call your financial institution. Give us a call during business hours to complete the activation process. 

Set up your own alerts either through online banking or the mobile app to receive notifications on account activity, loan payments, and balances. You can receive these alerts through the mobile app, text, or email. 

Mobile App 

  1. Navigate to and tap the “More” option on the blue ribbon at the bottom of the screen. 
  2. You will find “eAlert Subscriptions” located towards the middle. 
  3. Select “Create New eAlert” 
  4. Follow the onscreen instructions to set up eAlerts and customize them how you would like. 

 
Online Banking  

  1. Hover over “Go Mobile” at the top of the screen.  
  2. Click on “Go to Text Banking.” 
  3. On the left menu, select under Feature of the Week the option “eLerts & Text Notifications”.  
  4. Click on “Create New eAlert” and follow the onscreen instructions to set up eAlerts to be texted to you and customize them how you would like. 

Round up every debit card purchase to the nearest dollar and the change goes into your savings.  

  1. Call or text us at 317-733-2200 during business hours to activate this feature. 
     

Option available only thru the mobile app. 
For your protection, you can turn your debit or credit cards on/off at any time through the mobile app. You do not need to know your card number. 

  1. Navigate to and tap the “More” option on the blue ribbon at the bottom of the screen.  
  2. You will find “Manage My Cards” located towards the top. 
  3. After selecting which card to manage, follow the onscreen options to manage it your way.
