Directions to Enroll in Mobile Banking through The Mobile App

  1. Open up the NorthPark App and tap either the lock icon or the "My Accounts" found at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Enter your username and password.
    • Username is your Member Number. 
    • Password will be set to the last 4 digits of the primary account holder's social security number.
  3. You will be asked to change your password and set up three security questions.

  1. Click the link here
  2. Click "Log-In" in the upper right corner of the page
  3. Enter your username and password.
    • Username is your Member Number. 
    • Password will be set to the last 4 digits of the primary account holder's social security number.
  4. You will be asked to change your password and set up three security questions.
