With Internet Banking from NorthPark Community Credit Union, you spend less time banking and more time living! Manage your finances according to your schedule with fast, easy access to your accounts. It's easy to check account balances, transfer funds, verify or view cleared checks, view account history, pay NPCCU loans, and much more. And your account information is totally safe and private because we use state-of-the-art encryption and security measures.

To begin using Internet Banking, all you need is a computer, internet access, your internet account number (different than your member number) and PIN. Just click on the Online Banking icon in the upper right hand corner of any page of our website. Then enter your NPCCU internet account number and PIN.

*As a NPCCU member, the use of Internet Banking is free. Inactivity may result in Internet Account closure.

Internet Bill Payment

We know you! You like to work smart and you take advantage of the smart opportunities around you, don't you? So why aren't you paying your bills online? At NPCCU, our service called Bill Payment enables you to manage your finances according to your schedule. You can pay bills securely and conveniently whenever you want. You maintain complete control, determining when bills get paid and how much is paid. Bill Payment offers you not only the ability to pay all of your bills from one simple-to-use site, but also provides you with the convenience of managing your bills at the same online location. Pay your mortgage, utilities, credit cards, day care, newspaper subscriptions, or whatever you like. Bill Payment lets you make payments to individuals too. So, go ahead and pay your paperboy or babysitter online! And you can add, delete, or modify your personal payee list at any time. With Bill Payment, you can have peace of mind knowing your transactions and privacy are safe and secure!

* As a NPCCU member, you must have a NPCCU checking account to use Bill Payment. The first 10 Bill Payment transactions per month are free, then each transaction after is $.50. Your monthly charge will be deducted from your checking account around the 10th of the month. You must have Internet Banking to use Bill Payment and inactivity may result in Bill Payment closure.

Telephone Banking

Our free, 24-hour audio response telephone service called Starline gives you easy access to your NPCCU accounts any time day or night! Call from home, work, the grocery store, while out-of-town, or anywhere you are with a touch-tone telephone!

With Starline, you can:

  • Make Account Inquiries: Balances and Year-To-Date Dividends
  • Make Loan Inquiries: Current and/or Available Balances, Payment and Payoff Information, and Interest Information
  • Make Certificate Inquiries: Current Balance, Interest Rate, Maturity Rate, and Year-To-Date Dividends Earned.
  • Account History Information: Cleared/Not-Cleared Checks, Draft Withdrawals, Check Inquiry by Number or Amount, and Last Transaction.
  • Deposit Information: Last 3 Deposits, and Last Payroll Deposit
  • Other Features: Account Transfers, Deposit-to-Loan Transfers, Deposit Withdrawals (Check Mailed), Prior Year Tax Inquiry, Calculate Loan Payments, and Change Audio PIN.

To get started with Starline, you'll need your member number and your personal identification number (PIN). Take advantage of the convenience of Starline by calling 317-610-8100 or 800-581-2251. Starline will prompt you through all transactions and inquiries available.

Take advantage of this convenient service after you have placed your first order with NPCCU directly. And think about this…there is no need for checks when paying your bills online with Bill Pay!

 

Debit/ATM Cards


Debit Card

NorthPark Community Credit Union's Debit Card is your ATM card, but with added advantages! It conveniently lets you make purchases anywhere the Visa logo is displayed. Pay with your Visa Debit Card and the amount of purchase is conveniently deducted from your checking account. There is no annual fee, no fees for point-of-sale transactions, and no interest charges. It's a free, convenient service from NPCCU!

In the event that you have a lost or stolen debit card, please call the toll free number (866-853-1293) in order to block your card immediately. This 24-hour service will require you to provide personal identifying information.

You May Get A Call... NorthPark Community Credit Union has recently made enhancements to our debit card security solution. We have implemented a new fraud detection service that will help us quickly identify any fraudulent transactions that occur on your debit card. As part of this new service, you may receive an automated telephone call from a toll-free telephone number (866-222-7487). During this call, you will be asked to validate charges made on your NorthPark Community Credit Union debit card. For your protection and privacy, you will also be asked for the last four digits of the primary account holder's social security number. In the event you receive one of these calls, please follow the prompts and help us protect our accounts from fraudulent transactions.

ATM Card

Our ATM card lets you make deposits, withdraw cash from your savings or checking account, perform transfers between your accounts, or receive balance inquiries. Use your ATM Card where you see the Star, Cirrus, or Alliance One signs. NPCCU allows up to 10 free transactions per month. After 10 transactions, you will be charged a $.75 fee for each use. *At all designated NPCCU ATMs, your membership allows unlimited use with no fees.

*This fee policy does not reflect any surcharge fees charged by the financial institution that owns the ATM.

Direct Deposit


Direct Deposit

At NPCCU, you can arrange to have your Payroll (partial or net pay), Social Security, and other Benefit/Pension check automatically deposited to your NPCCU account. You can also arrange to have your account automatically debited to make pre-authorized payments. The information provided below will assist you in initiating your request with the originator of the deposit or payment (e.g. Payroll Departments, Government Agencies, Annuity Groups, Companies, Vendors, etc.).

Member Number: Your member account number is the 4-6 digits given to you at the time of account opening. If you need help locating your member number or applying for direct deposit with your employer, call or visit NPCCU and talk to one of our member service representatives who will be happy to assist you.

Payroll Deduction

Payroll Deduction saves you time every payday. You have a portion of your paycheck sent automatically to NPCCU for deposit into one of your accounts as specified. The amount of the payroll deduction may be raised or lowered at any time. To sign-up for payroll deduction, pick up the necessary forms at your payroll department.
