e-Lerts
Through NorthPark’s  Online Banking you can set e-lerts to notify you of activities made on your account. Know when any of your deposit accounts drop to a specific dollar amount you set (example: $100), when transactions are made on any of your deposit accounts (deposits & withdrawals), when specific checks have cleared your account, and when your NorthPark  loan is due. You must be registered for online banking to receive e-Lerts. To login, please click on the gray box at the top of the page that says, "LOGIN." To register as a new user, please read the banner to the left.
Telephone Banking (CU*Talk)
CU*Talk provides 24/7/365 telephone access to your NorthPark  accounts. All you need is a touch-tone phone to call 1-800-860-5704 and enter the Credit Union ID of 203.  CU*Talk provides up-to-the-minute information about your NorthPark  accounts and allows you to perform transactions conveniently and confidentially in real-time.
