The NorthPark Community Credit Union Gift Card is a Visa gift card that takes the guesswork out of gift giving!  Give it to friends, family or anyone for whom you need to find the perfect gift - and let them choose when and where they want to shop!  Cards are available in increments from $10 to $1000.  A gift card offers cardholders a better alternative than a debit or credit card.

• Easy to Use - make purchases while avoiding the risk of carrying cash.
• Online Tracking - check the card balance, get a list of transactions, request a pin, or file a lost/stolen claim at 1-800-827-6227 or www.myprepaidbalance.com.  Be sure and have the Gift Card number handy!
• Card Design - there are a variety of designs, including holiday designs during select times of the year

The Visa Gift Card can be used to make purchases at millions of locations where Visa is accepted. In addition, the cardholder benefits from favorable exchange rates and the convenience of accessing the card funds abroad.

Convenience

 Your gift card can be used almost anywhere!  Unlike store gift cards and gift certificates, our Visa Gift Card can be used anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted to make purchases at retail stores, by phone, or online.

Security

It's safer than cash.  If the gift card gets lost or stolen, it can be replaced. The cardholder will need to make sure the gift card is registered at the time of purchase and/or received.  Please register the card at www.prepaidbalance.com or by calling 1-800-827-6227.  In order to file a lost or stolen card, it is a good idea to record the Visa Gift Card number in a safe place, separate from the card.
